사용하지 않은 유료 크레딧, 중복 결제, 서비스 장애에 따른 미사용분은 확인 후 환불을 검토합니다.

Refundable Items

Unused paid credits, duplicate payments, and unavailable service periods caused by service outages may be reviewed for refund.

Non-refundable Items

Credits already consumed by AI runs, promotional credits, free policy credits, and usage related to policy violations are generally not refundable.

Process

Requests should include payment email, order id, and reason. methodIQ reviews ledger usage and payment state before confirming the refund amount.

Free Policy Accounts

Consumer Insight and similar free-policy accounts may have no user-facing SaaS charge, while actual API cost may still be calculated for internal or contractual settlement.
